Peer Teaching in Maths
We have been peer teaching in maths. This is a great way for those who need to learn a new strategy to do so one on one. Plus it means the children teaching the strategy have to fully understand it to teach others - so it reinforces their own skills. I love the way the children used mini white boards and equipment to help teach renaming in subtraction.
